Spring Cards!

Spring watercolor cards
Spring watercolor cards

The technique used here is stamping with distress inks and then using a brush and adding water to the dry image to make it look more like watercolors. I had a lot of fun doing both of these spring cards. I would have made more, maybe a set, if I had more distress ink colors.

Since I am new at blogging, I’d love some feedback to let me know if everything looks okay or if my blog is user friendly or maybe add other things to beef it up. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for stopping by.

New Cards!!

I’ve been under the weather for the last few days and haven’t felt much like blogging. Here are a few cards I’ve done within the last couple of weeks.

I just got the June Simon Says Stamp card kit today. I will be making some new cards soon. Thank you for visiting. Have a blessed day!

More cards I’ve made

Here are some more cards that I have made. I haven’t made a lot of cards because I always get stuck on the designs. Sometimes ideas come to me easily and sometimes I just have to play around and come up with something I like. This was the case with this card I did the other day.

It started out as watercoloring with a couple of distress inks. I finally cut it down and made a card from it, which I wasn’t planning on making.

Tried to duplicate Sarah Moerman’s card from the Simon Says Stamp April card kit.
